
The Comptroller plays a critical leadership role in stewarding the financial health and operational integrity of Victory Church and its related ministries. This person will oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations, and provide accurate financial reporting to church leadership. This role serves at the intersection of finance, ministry stewardship, and operational excellence, helping ensure that the resources entrusted to the church are managed wisely to advance the mission.
Founded in 1989, Victory Church has grown into a vibrant, multi-generational congregation welcoming more than 2,500 people each weekend. With a heart to reach those far from God, the church has developed a 170,000-square-foot campus, launched Victory Christian Academy serving more than 900 students, and established the Dream Center, which provides vital support to Lakeland’s at-risk community.
Victory is also deeply committed to local and global missions, investing over $1.5 million annually to support 320 missionaries and 48 partner organizations around the world.
