What Success Looks Like Consultants and staff rarely have to think about the operational details this position manages. Curriculum Displays arrive on time and fully stocked. Events are listed accurately. Gift cards go out without delay. When a staff member can't get into their laptop or needs a new phone set up, there is someone to call. The office and warehouse run smoothly. The VP of Homeschool can trust that the operational foundation is solid and focus energy on strategy and growth.
