Position Summary The Operations Manager & IT Assistant serves the operational needs of the homeschool division and Precept home office, overseeing Curriculum Display logistics, HomeWorks Event management, inventory coordination, first-level technology support, and general office and facilities support. This role ensures the physical and logistical infrastructure of the HomeWorks Consultant network runs smoothly, enabling Consultants and staff to focus on education rather than operational friction. Ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual comfortable managing both physical logistics and light technology support in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

What Success Looks Like Consultants and staff rarely have to think about the operational details this position manages. Curriculum Displays arrive on time and fully stocked. Events are listed accurately. Gift cards go out without delay. When a staff member can't get into their laptop or needs a new phone set up, there is someone to call. The office and warehouse run smoothly. The VP of Homeschool can trust that the operational foundation is solid and focus energy on strategy and growth.
