We provide a 24-Hour Helpline, pregnancy tests and options counseling, limited ultrasound services, STD testing and treatment, adoption education, pre- and post-natal medical care referrals, financial and legal referrals, and counseling after abortion. All services are provided free of charge.

Position Summary: This position primarily manages our Arvada or Denver office. Organizes, plans, and evaluates Pregnancy and STD program services while providing direct options counseling to clients. The position trains, supervises, and supports Client Service Associates and volunteers, maintaining strong program fidelity and compassionate, client-centered service. The role ensures high-quality care through accurate record keeping, monitoring key metrics, and overseeing client services at the Arvada or Denver office. This position functions as part of the larger Client Services team.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Responsible for direct supervision of Client Services Associates and in office Client Services volunteers.
