Position Overview The Director of Technical Arts will provide leadership and oversight to the Technical Arts staff, ministry partners, and volunteers.  This position includes leadership and oversight for both broadcast and live production of weekend services, campus AVL development, and production support for certain ongoing ministry events.  This full-time, exempt position reports to the Executive Pastor and works Sunday - Thursday. Ministry Responsibilities The AVL Technician supports the vision and ministries of Eastview by providing excellent technical execution of live and broadcast services and events while creating an atmosphere of worship using advanced AVL systems.
