POSITION SUMMARY The Development Coordinator supports the advancement of BeMultiplied’s mission by strengthening donor engagement systems and foundation funding efforts. This role serves as the primary manager of the Virtuous CRM platform, expanding its use from basic data management to a more strategic tool through campaigns, automations, workflows, segmentation, and reporting that enhance donor engagement. In addition, the Development Coordinator supports foundation relations by managing existing partnerships, coordinating grant proposals and reporting processes, and assisting in the identification and cultivation of new foundation opportunities.
