WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a spiritually grounded, highly organized, and relational leader who is passionate about developing others for effective ministry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and skilled at coordinating multiple training pathways while maintaining clear communication and accurate records. This person thrives in collaborative ministry environments, values Scripture-based and interactive learning, and is committed to supporting the growth and readiness of field staff through every stage of the BeMultiplied training journey. This is a part-time position scheduled for 20 hours per week.  This position may be performed remotely; however, candidates based in or willing to work from our headquarters in Colorado Springs is preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Training Manager serves as a key support role in coordinatingBeMultipliedsfield stafftraining needs and opportunities.This position manages the process of identifying individual staff training needs, connecting staff with appropriate field training venues and trainers, and tracking and reportingtraining participation and completion. Working closely with field trainers, the Training Manager supports the progression of new field staffthroughBeMultipliedsfieldtraining pathway following initial acceptance.The role also provides consistent updates to the VP of Field Ministries and the executive team regarding the overall training status ofboth new and existing field staff. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinatetraining logistics for new staffand candidates, supporting their progression through BeMultiplied’s established field training pathways.
  • Track, record, and report participation and completion of Essentials in Multiplying Servant Leaders (EMSL) training.
  • Support field trainer by assisting with training coordination, assessment tracking, and distribution of review materials.
  • Assist in coordinating field training experiences for EMSL graduates prior to their placement on regional teams.
  • Coordinate and monitor participation in Advanced Multiplying Servant Leaders (AMSL) training pathways forall staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and track training status for all field staff throughout BeMultiplied’s training pathways for reporting.
  • Assist field trainers with organizing, uploading, and maintaining training session videos from field trainings for post-trip review and ongoing training use.
  • Identify and communicate training gaps, pipeline status (including number of staff in training progression), opportunities, and resourcing needs to appropriate leadership.
  • Support staff development by providing information on available continuing education and training opportunities as needed.
  • Maintain and utilize electronic tracking systems tosupport the overallBeMultipliedtraining program.
  • Participate in field activities and assist with facilitation of training groups in the fieldasis feasible.
  • Maintain clear, timely, and healthy communication externally and internally with team, supervisor and other BeMultiplied staff and leaders.
  • Serve collaboratively as a member of the BeMultiplied global team, contributing to the ministry’s mission, culture, and shared objectives.
  • Participate in Thursday ministry gatherings (including prayer meetings and monthly department meetings), staff meetings, conferences, and training events as requested. Remote participation may be used when appropriate and with supervisor approval.
  • In-person participation in BeMultiplied staff conferences and organizational gatherings is per supervisor discretion.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned in support of BeMultiplied’s mission, strategic priorities, and global training initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Biblicaland academictraining through a seminary, Bible college,orequivalent, anda workingknowledgeof the Scriptures.
  • Experience inministry training, leadership,or relatedrole.
  • Commitment toBeMultipliedsfacilitation approach,including Scripture based, interactive methods of teaching and learning.
  • Experienceas aBeMultipliedFacilitatoror equivalent, oractrive development of such experience.
  • Must attend and successfully complete all ongoing BeMultiplied development trainings.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

  • English language, oral, and written communication skills.

  • Strong Organizational skills and ability to be detail-oriented and thorough in work habits.

  • Personal computer, keyboarding, and work processing skills.
  • Operating knowledge in Microsoft Office products and operating systems or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple workflows and maintain accurate records across systems.

Licenses, registrations, and certificates:

  • Successful completion of BeMultiplied’s Essentials in Multiplying Servant Leaders (EMSL) Certificate.
  • Completion of BeMulitiplied’s Advanced Multiplying Servant Leaders (AMSL) Certificate, preferred.
