WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a spiritually grounded, highly organized, and relational leader who is passionate about developing others for effective ministry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and skilled at coordinating multiple training pathways while maintaining clear communication and accurate records. This person thrives in collaborative ministry environments, values Scripture-based and interactive learning, and is committed to supporting the growth and readiness of field staff through every stage of the BeMultiplied training journey. This is a part-time position scheduled for 20 hours per week. This position may be performed remotely; however, candidates based in or willing to work from our headquarters in Colorado Springs is preferred.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Training Manager serves as a key support role in coordinating BeMultiplied’s field staff training needs and opportunities. This position manages the process of identifying individual staff training needs, connecting staff with appropriate field training venues and trainers, and tracking and reporting training participation and completion. Working closely with field trainers, the Training Manager supports the progression of new field staff through BeMultiplied’s field training pathway following initial acceptance. The role also provides consistent updates to the VP of Field Ministries and the executive team regarding the overall training status of both new and existing field staff.
