This is a part-time, in-person role based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We are looking for someone who enjoys meaningful work, a collaborative team environment, and a high degree of ownership in their day-to-day responsibilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and takes initiative, finding satisfaction in creating order and efficiency. They can warmly welcome guests while confidently coordinating with staff, vendors, and volunteers. A self-starter, they anticipate needs, follow through on details, and contribute to a positive, mission-driven team environment.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Office Manager serves as the primary point of contact for BeMultiplied Headquarters, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and well-organized office environment. This role focuses primarily on front-facing office operations, administrative support, and team coordination, while also overseeing facilities, maintenance, and event services under the supervision of the Director of Operations. The Office Manager demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills, balancing hospitality and relationship management with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with contractors, vendors, and volunteers. They exercise initiative in organizing workflows, making day-to-day operational decisions, and proactively addressing issues to support overall office efficiency. Additional responsibilities include technical tasks such as database management, digital form creation, and assisting with internal systems and processes.
