Mission : Restoring Broken Lives through the Hope of Jesus Christ Ministry Position The Counselor role at His Mansion Ministries is, first and foremost, a ministry position. The Counselor serves as an integral member of the Care Team, working alongside fellow counselors and program staff to provide care and support for program participants. The Counselor provides both individual and group counseling. In collaboration with other counselors, teachers, and staff members, she/he facilitates groups focused on addiction recovery, spiritual formation, character development, and discipleship. This position extends beyond the responsibilities listed above. The Counselor is expected to model Christlike character and actively lead others toward Jesus Christ through both word and action.
