Position Overview The Development Director is responsible for creating, implementing and overseeing annual and long-term revenue plans. This position will direct and manage the efforts of Development staff, as well as develop actions to acquire, cultivate and retain donors. This salaried position is based in Olathe, KS office. It involves regular (5-6 times per year) out-of-state travel. May require occasional international travel.
