SUMMARY: Frontiers is a Christian, faith-based non-profit partnering with churches to send their workers overseas. This position works with end users via phone, email, and/or face to face to identify and resolve technical and software issues. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Supporting end users with internal Software applications and troubleshooting issues. Supporting end users with their hardware devices and troubleshooting. Create/Update/Close support tickets based on customer input, work performed, or completion. Will be expected to work with Windows OS, Apple OS, and Android OS devices.
