Job Description Job Description Responsibilities/Duties: Disseminate information about the university and counsel students and parents during high school visits, college and career fair programs, on-campus visits and events, and via routine phone, email, text and social media outreach. Visit with high school counselors, teachers, clergy, alumni, and other key influencers to provide information about university programs and services. Conduct pre-admission interviews and provide secondary school course selection guidance as needed. Maintain regular pre and post acceptance contact with every prospective student, applicant, and admit a minimum of once every 30 days via phone, email, and other electronic media as appropriate. Review and assess all admission files, recommending decisions to the Asst.
