Job Summary : The Youth Ministry Lead is responsible for providing general direction, guidance, pastoral leadership, and vision for the Youth Ministry. This is a full-time position which, in this context, means 40-45 church related hours a week. Responsibilities: Collaborate alongside the other staff in running the ministry tasks at Cottage Grove.
