First Congregational Church, Canton Center (Open & Affirming) seeks a Director of Faith Formation to lead our church’s important ministries with children and youth in a hands-on fashion and to maintain supportive connections with their families.  Working with the Christian Education Committee, other staff, and volunteers, our Director plans and oversees a Sunday morning program for all ages (nursery through high school) and occasional intergenerational activities for our congregation. We value the presence of our children in the whole life of the church, including worship, are open to new approaches, and are looking to welcome an energetic, creative, forward-thinking person to guide this ministry.   Hours: 20 hrs. per week, from mid-August through the end of June each program year.
