Key Responsibilities Assist with all administrative tasks for Retreat groups such as, but not limited to: pre-trip booking, post-group debriefing, follow up, surveys, billing and collecting payments, preparing and receiving contracts and deposit forms, schedules, etc. Manage all logistics sheets, which share information with staff about retreat groups and scheduling. Assign names to each shift slot for each week of retreat groups. Manage the Hosts and Retreat RA’s to ensure that all onsite aspects of a retreat are done smoothly, on time, and  to a high guest-service standard....
