General Responsibilities: Direct and manage Human Resources department, office, and staff. This position’s primary responsibilities are to plan, coordinate and lead worship during our Sunday services as well as oversee all technological aspects within the service. The worship leader prays, sings, and interacts with the band, the pastor, and the congregation while establishing a worshipful atmosphere throughout the service.  This is a part-time position based in Bennington, Nebraska, just outside Omaha.
