Position Title: Youth Director Reports To : Vision & Discipleship Pastor Employment Status: Part-time (20 hours per week) JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Vision & Discipleship Pastor, the Youth Director will cultivate a Youth Ministry by fostering an inclusive environment that nurtures and equips youth for spiritual maturity through worship, prayer, Bible study, fellowship, and discipleship relationships.
