Love INC’s mission: To mobilize local churches to transform lives and communities In the Name of Christ   Reports to: Store Manager   Purpose: The Assistant Store Manager(s) shall share responsibility for the operational and ministerial success of the Love INC of Lake County’s Loved Twice Thrift Boutique. The Assistant Store Manager(s), together with the Store Manager, is responsible for maintaining a friendly, supportive and loving environment for guests and volunteers, while generating revenues to support the mission and vision of Love INC of Lake County.   The Assistant Store Manager is part of the store’s leadership team and works closely with the Store Manager.
