Position Summary The House Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the overall safety and security of the Women’s Shelter during assigned shifts, including day, evening, or night shifts every other weekend. This position helps maintain a peaceful and orderly environment for guests, staff, and visitors while reflecting the love of Christ through calm, compassionate, and consistent service. When available, the Security Staff member may also cover shifts for staff absences due to illness or vacation.
