Summary of Position The Barrington United Methodist Church Director of Children and Youth Ministries is a servant leader, supporting the mission and vision of the church through the development and implementation of ministries, classes, programs and events that introduce children to their identity as children of God, that bring children, youth, and their families into relationship with one another and as the family of God, and that support the faith development of children from birth through young adult.
