. Position Purpose The Executive Director acts as the primary operational leader of the church. They are responsible for translating the Senior Pastor’s vision into actionable strategy and ensuring the organizational health of the church. The Executive Director provides leadership and oversight to the operational staff and handles the administrative and human resource functions of the congregation. II. Core Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership & Staff Oversight Direct Management: Supervise, coach, and conduct performance reviews for the Parish Care Coordinator, Staff Administrative Assistant, Business Operations, Facilities, and IT.
