Music Director Reports To: Pastor Works With: Technical Director, Musicians, Singers, and Worship Volunteers Position Summary The Part-Time Music Director provides musical leadership and coordination for weekly worship services and special events. This position ensures musicians, singers, tracks, and musical elements are prepared and organized while working closely with the Technical Director to create a smooth and excellent worship experience. Primary Responsibilities Prepare music, arrangements, keys, transitions, tracks, stems, click tracks, and other musical resources for worship services. Coordinate and schedule musicians and singers for rehearsals, services, and special events.
