This position’s primary responsibilities are to plan, coordinate and lead worship for two Sunday services a month in addition to holding one worship team practice per week.  The worship leader prays, sings, and interacts with the band, the pastor, and the congregation while establishing a worshipful atmosphere throughout the service.  This is a part-time, stipend position which pays $600 a month that is based in Bennington, Nebraska, just outside Omaha.  Omaha is a city where career opportunities and quality of life go hand in hand.
