Infant and Toddler Aide

We seek a caring Infant and Toddler Aide who is passionate about early education and committed to modeling Christian values.  This is an entry-level Infant and Toddler Aide working under the guidance of experienced infant teachers to provide nurturing care and gentle guidance in a clean, organized, cheerful, and inviting setting.  A Teacher Aide must have a great love and patience for children.  

Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. 

1. Feeds infants according to an established schedule.
2. Changes soiled diapers
3. Plays with infants to stimulate growth.
4. Cradles and cuddles infants as needed.
5. Informs parents of infant behavior and achievements.
6. Answers parental questions and responds to concerns.
7. Prepares infant for departure and arrival.
8. Maintains safety and health standards.
9. Other duties may be assigned.

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent and six units completed in Child Development.  Must be a team player.
