We are seeking a highly qualified Administrative Coordinator with integrity and a strong, Spirit-filled passion for the Lord Jesus Christ and the Oasis mission.  This position is responsible for managing and coordinating the translation, formatting, and updating of the organization's materials across multiple languages. This role serves as the central point of coordination with international translation partners to ensure materials are accurately translated, formatted, and distributed in a timely manner. This position will also coordinate the Waters of Love Wells. The position requires strong communication, project management, and organizational skills to oversee each translation to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the translation process for all organizational materials, including print, digital, training, promotional, and ministry resources.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with international translation partners building and maintaining productive relationships.
  • Coordinate translation assignments, timelines, and deliverables for multiple language projects simultaneously.
  • Track project status and follow up with partners to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensure translated materials meet quality standards and align with organizational messaging and terminology.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure translated content is properly formatted and visually consistent across all languages.
  • Review formatted materials for completeness, accuracy, and design consistency before final publication.
  • Maintain a master inventory of organizational materials, project tracking, translation status, and reporting tools.
  • Monitor updates to source-language materials and initiate revision projects as changes occur.
  • Document workflows, translation processes, and language-specific requirements.
  • Maintain records of translation partners, project histories, and publication files.
  • Communicate project expectations, deadlines, and quality standards clearly.
  • Support the expansion of materials into new languages as organizational needs grow.
  • Coordinate and oversee the requests for wells in villages where there is no clean water.

Education & Experience

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, International Studies, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of administrative coordination, project management, publishing, communications, or related experience.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience working with international teams or multilingual projects preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to track complex workflows and maintain organized records
  • Experience working with publication, design, or content management processes preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones.
  • Value and understand cross-cultural communication and expectations
