Job Description:

·      Full-time and Part-time barista.

·      Prior barista experience is helpful, but not required.

·      Work location: 15325 Summit Park Drive, Suite 109, Montgomery, TX 77356.

·      Store hours: Monday through Friday (6:30 am to 6 pm), Saturday (7:30 to 3:00 pm), and we are Closed on Sunday. Open and closing team members report 30 min before or after.

Team Member Responsibilities:

·      Prepare, assemble, and present drinks and food safely, quickly, and efficiently.

·      Be knowledgeable of and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

·      Keep the shop neat, clean, and orderly at all times.

·      Stock supplies as needed.

·      Complete in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes.

·      Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.

·      Follow Crossroads Coffee rules and the dress code at all times.
