Maintenance Technician (Day & Evening Schedule)

We're seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting problems, working independently, and taking pride in keeping buildings, equipment, and property operating at their best.

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help ensure our buildings, systems, and grounds remain safe, efficient, and well-maintained through:

• Preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance
• Troubleshooting equipment and mechanical systems
• Responding to maintenance requests and completing repairs
• Testing, adjusting, and inspecting equipment for optimal performance
• Performing building rounds and system checks
• Operating hand tools and maintenance equipment
• Following all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements
• Working collaboratively with maintenance leadership and other departments

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

• Reliable, respectful, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently, especially during evening shifts
• Skilled at problem-solving and troubleshooting
• Able to communicate effectively with team members and leadership
• Physically capable of navigating multi-story buildings and walking throughout our campus
• In possession of a valid driver's license

Schedule

This full-time position includes a combination of day and evening shifts:

• 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (6 days every two weeks)
• 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. (4 days every two weeks)

Includes:

• Every other weekend
• Some holiday coverage
