Course Publisher & Translation Coordinator
Location: Colorado Springs, CO or Remote
Employment Type: Hourly, Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
POSITION SUMMARY
The Course Publisher & Translation Coordinator supports the development and production of BeMultiplied’s biblical training materials by preparing, editing, formatting, and publishing English and translated courses according to established educational and production standards. This role coordinates the translation process for assigned languages, supports translators and editors, and helps ensure course materials are accurate, complete, consistent, and prepared for publication. The Course Publisher & Translation Coordinator works within established processes and timelines, maintains strong attention to detail and version control, and collaborates with the Curriculum Program Manager and other team members to support the timely production of high-quality resources that advance BeMultiplied’s mission.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with written content, has a meticulous mindset, appreciates the sustained attention to detail required in publishing work, and has a strong interest or background in publishing, editing, document production, and digital tools. This individual works well within established processes while taking ownership of assigned work and following projects through to completion. They demonstrate accuracy, strong follow-through, and a collaborative approach to working with others across different backgrounds and cultures. Above all, they are service-minded and motivated to use their skills to support BeMultiplied's mission of equipping and empowering church leaders around the world.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds frequently.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this position, the employee will work primarily in the usual office environment. However, if travel is involved, there may be strenuous physical conditions (e.g. long flights, extreme cold/heat, extensive walking, lodging/meals in impoverished areas, poor or heightened security, etc.).
