Part-Time Social Media Manager in New Orleans OR Baton Rouge

Woman’s New Life Clinic is seeking a creative and mission-driven Social Media Manager to help share our story, engage our community, and promote life-affirming healthcare services for women.

Working closely with the Communications Director, this part-time position develops and manages content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to reach two primary audiences: women and families seeking our services, and the donors, volunteers, and community partners who make our mission possible.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Create engaging content, graphics, Reels, and TikTok videos.
• Plan and execute campaigns supporting client services, fundraising, events, and organizational initiatives.
• Capture photos and video at clinic events and activities.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
• Track social media performance and provide monthly analytics and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Communications, Development, and Clinical teams to identify compelling stories and promote the Clinic’s mission.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience managing social media for a nonprofit, business, healthcare organization, or agency.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Experience creating short-form video content.
• Proficiency with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and major social media platforms.
• Organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Basic photography and videography skills are preferred.
