The CEC HS principal reports to the Head of School. The HS principal will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and oversight of the educational life at the Christian Educational Consortium. With the understanding that this is a Christian hybrid school with a faculty of qualified independent contractors, the principal will partner with all CEC stakeholders to maintain a rigorous academic community on the CEC campus. The CEC principal is a biblically equipped and a highly motivated educational leader with the ability to build relationships, solve problems, and inspire continual individual and institutional growth for the glory of God. This is a part-time position involving campus work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and at least one other working day a week. This workload will vary with the school calendar.
The Christian Educational Consortium is a Christian hybrid school for grades 6-12, established to support the families of older home-schooled children who value Christian character and collegiate style academics, in order to prepare them to glorify God through their lives. CEC classes meet either on Tuesdays and Wednesdays during the school year which runs from August to May. CEC offers rigorous core curriculum classes, Bible, the Arts and a plethora of electives and CEC families may choose from 1-7 classes for their students each week. In addition to classes, CEC offers sports, clubs and discipleship groups.
