Position Overview

Great Commission Schools is seeking a faith-driven Principal to lead the daily operations and instructional direction of the school. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who is passionate about Christian education, committed to supporting students and staff, and dedicated to building a strong Christ-centered school culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for academics, curriculum, and student success
• Support and develop faculty and staff through mentorship and evaluation
• Foster a positive, Christ-centered school environment
• Oversee daily school operations, scheduling, and safety
• Build strong relationships with students, families, staff, and the community
• Support the long-term vision and growth of the school

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching and/or educational leadership experience

Preferred

• Master’s degree in Education or related field
• Prior administrative leadership experience
• ACSI and/or Pennsylvania Administrative Certification
