Development Coordinator

Salary: $40,000 to $45,000 annually (30 hours per week)
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a team-oriented and service-minded individual who is passionate about supporting ministry through strong systems and thoughtful communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable working with CRM systems, data, and reporting processes. They demonstrate initiative, follow-through, and a commitment to excellence, while also engaging relationally with team members and partners. This is a part-time position scheduled for 30 hours per week. This position may be performed remotely; however, candidates based in or willing to work from our headquarters in Colorado Springs is preferred.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Development Coordinator supports the advancement of BeMultiplied’s mission by strengthening donor engagement systems and foundation funding efforts. This role serves as the primary manager of the Virtuous CRM platform, expanding its use from basic data management to a more strategic tool through campaigns, automations, workflows, segmentation, and reporting that enhance donor engagement. In addition, the Development Coordinator supports foundation relations by managing existing partnerships, coordinating grant proposals and reporting processes, and assisting in the identification and cultivation of new foundation opportunities. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and day-to-day execution, along with strong organizational, communication, and technical skills, and contributes to broader Development Team initiatives as needed, demonstrating a posture of flexibility, humility, and service.
