About the Position
The Youth Director is a ministry leadership role responsible for coordinating and administering an effective and comprehensive ministry for youth in grades 6-12 and their families. This person will also seek to support parents and guardians as the primary caretakers of their children’s spiritual formation. The Youth Director will work collaboratively with the Senior Pastor, staff and other ministry leaders. This position reports to the Senior Pastor and Business Manager.
This is a part-time, regular, exempt, in-person position. A minimum commitment of 24 hours per week is required, including evenings, weekends, and multi-day summer trips.

Some travel is required to perform this job. 10% travel. Some travel by plane, car, bus, train, and other forms of transportation are required.
