Job Description

Transformation Fellowship Church (TFC), a non-denominational Christian church located in Temple Hills, MD is seeking a spiritually grounded and musically skilled Director of Music Ministry to help lead and enhance our worship experience.

This part-time, contract role focuses on:

Keyboard-led worship
Choir direction and development
Collaboration with pastoral leadership
Encouraging meaningful congregational participation

Compensation: $300–$400 per Sunday (paid weekly) depending on qualifications, with additional compensation for special services as applicable.

This position includes weekly Sunday services and rehearsals (approximately 5–7 hours per week).
