Qualifications:
· Ordained (or commitment to become ordained) in a Global Methodist Church
· Call to ministry with strong desire to preach God’s word
· Passion to serve the Lord
· Adhere to Global Methodist doctrine
· Leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities:
· Lead worship for Sunday services and select church events
· Serve as a spiritual leader for the church congregation
· Support the mission of the Global Methodist Church
· Assist in serving communion, baptism, and other church functions
· Provide guidance to the church care and discipleship committees
· Visit sick and home-bound church members as time permits
· Attend monthly administrative meeting
· Lead bible study on Wednesday nights
· Work with youth leaders to support youth programs
· Follow all Global Methodist Church requirements
· Work from 15-20 hours per week

St. Andrew Community church is seeking a Part-time pastor to serve our congregation of 45+ members. The church is located in Pulaski, TN inside city limits. However, the church has a country vibe to it. We are a growing congregation who are in need of a pastor who is passionate about making disciples of Jesus Christ.
