Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Refuge Springs Counseling is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to individuals in Pensacola, FL, and telehealth in FL. The ideal candidate is committed to ethical practice, trauma-informed care, and neurodiversity-affirming counseling and is comfortable integrating a Christian perspective when requested by clients.
Responsibilities:

Provide individual counseling services in the office and via secure telehealth

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Collaborate professionally with referral sources and community partners

Uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and Florida licensure requirements
Qualifications:

Active Florida LMHC license in good standing

Experience treating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, depression, and life transitions preferred

Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
