Job Summary
We are seeking a highly dependable Shipping & Fulfillment Associate to own and manage our daily shipping operations.

This role is responsible for preparing and shipping orders (books, study guides, toolkits, and related products), receiving and organizing inventory, maintaining accurate inventory records, sending weekly shipping reports, and ensuring the shipping area operates with efficiency and excellence.

This is not a passive role. It requires initiative, ownership, and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill and ship daily product orders accurately and on time
  

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
  

• Maintain and update inventory database with precision
  

• Generate and submit weekly shipping reports
  

• Keep the shipping workspace clean, organized, and efficient
  

• Proactively identify and resolve fulfillment issues

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics
  

• Demonstrated accuracy in order processing and inventory management
  

• Strong systems mindset — able to follow and improve processes
  

• Comfortable using shipping platforms (ShipStation or similar), spreadsheets, and inventory systems
  

• Self-managed and dependable — able to own daily operations without supervision
  

• Physically able to lift and move product boxes as required
