As we expand our impact through innovative programs including Mi Core, Mi Academy, and Mi’s global expansion programs, we are seeking someone who finds deep satisfaction in behind-the-scenes operational excellence that enables ministry leaders to thrive.
The Program Specialist serves as the operational backbone for Mission Increase’s programs, providing essential administrative support that enables our Program Managers and Directors to focus on strategic ministry impact. This role maintains the systems, data integrity, and day-to-day coordination that keep multiple programs running smoothly across our organization.
This is a support-focused administrative position designed for someone who excels in behind-the-scenes excellence; ensuring accurate tracking, responsive communication, and seamless logistics so that ministry leaders can concentrate on transforming how God’s people engage in fundraising as ministry.
You’ll work closely with Program Managers across Mi Academy, global expansion programs, and other Mission Increase initiatives to provide the operational infrastructure that supports program delivery and learner success.
● Provide operational and administrative support across multiple Mission Increase programs, including Mi Core, Mi Academy, and Mi’s international program.
● Maintain accurate data entry, tracking, and reporting in program systems including LearnWorlds LMS, Mi’s CRM platforms, and project management tools
● Support Program Managers and Directors by handling essential administrative tasks that free them for strategic work
● Ensure consistent documentation and record-keeping across program activities
● Respond promptly to routine inquiries from participants, learners, and stakeholders
● Coordinate program logistics including participant communications, registration processes, and scheduling
● Manage administrative workflows and ensure smooth program operations
● Serve as first-point-of-contact for operational questions, routing complex issues appropriately to Program Managers
● Maintain organized filing systems, resource libraries, and program documentation
● Support the learner/participant experience through responsive, professional service
● Administer technical platforms including learning management systems, databases, and collaboration tools
● Ensure data accuracy and system integrity across program databases
● Generate routine reports and track program metrics for Program Managers
● Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate team members
● Maintain awareness of system updates and coordinate with technical teams as needed
● 2–4 years in administrative support, program coordination, or operations roles
● Strong organizational skills—managing multiple programs, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
● Exceptional attention to detail—commitment to data accuracy and quality in all documentation
● Professional communication—clear, responsive written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders
● Systems proficiency—comfortable with learning management systems, CRM platforms, specialized learning apps, and AI platforms
● Remote work capability—reliable internet, professional workspace, and self-directed work style
● Experience in nonprofit or Christian ministry contexts
● Familiarity with online learning platforms or membership systems
● Background supporting program management or project coordination
● Understanding of fundraising or development operations
● Proficiency with web-based platforms and common software tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
● Ability to learn new software systems quickly
● Basic troubleshooting abilities for common technical issues
● Experience with data entry, tracking, and basic reporting
● Comfort with digital communication and collaboration tools

Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, equivalent practical experience will be strongly considered.
This is a fully remote position requiring reliable internet, a professional workspace, and availability during U.S. business hours.
While you’ll work independently most of the time, you’ll have:
● Consistent engagement with and supervision by our Chief Growth Officer
● Regular check-ins with Program Managers
● Collaboration with Innovation, Marketing, and Training teams as needed
● Weekly participation in staff meetings and organization-wide team calls

Salary Range: $40,000–$50,000 annually, based on experience
Benefit package includes either an HSA eligible health plan or a PPO health plan, as well as dental, vision, life, disability, 401K with company match after 1 year of employment. 2 weeks of vacation, 12 paid holidays as well as voluntary supplemental benefits offered through Principal.
