We're Hiring: Advancement Coordinator
Location: Lee’s Summit, MO
Hours: 15 hours/week
The Advancement Coordinator plays a vital role in expanding AFL’s mission through relationship building and resource development. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys connecting with people and championing a cause that matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advance AFL’s vision and mission through fundraising initiatives
- Build and nurture relationships with donors, churches, and community partners
- Identify and research foundation grant opportunities
- Promote the work and impact of Alliance for Life across Missouri
Qualifications:
- Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be active in a local Bible-believing church
- Enjoy cultivating meaningful relationships
- Have strong communication and organizational skills
- Motivated by goals and mission advancement • Energized by connecting people to a cause

The Alliance for Life - Missouri is the statewide coalition of pregnancy help organizations providing compassionate help and hope for women facing an unexpected pregnancy through our pregnancy centers, maternity homes, and adoption agencies. We are working diligently to provide alternatives to abortion and create a culture of life where abortion becomes unthinkable. In addition, our abortion recovery organizations bring opportunities for women and men seeking help to find healing from a past abortion experience.
We bring advocacy, advancement, and awareness of our many pregnancy help organizations who serve on the front lines. The Alliance creates a unified voice throughout Missouri and beyond as we champion for LIFE.
