We're Hiring:  Communications Manager 
Location: Lee’s Summit, MO 
Hours: 20 hours/week  
 
 The Communications Manager will lead all aspects of AFL’s public presence and storytelling. This role is ideal for a creative communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:   
  • Promote all AFL events through strategic communication and marketing efforts 
  • Manage and grow AFL’s social media presence 
  • Oversee website updates, content, and functionality 
  • Develop compelling materials that highlight and advance our work 
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
 Qualifications:   
  • Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be active in a local Bible-believing church 
  • Love crafting messages that inspire action 
  • Have strong writing, design, and digital communication skills 
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented 
  • Passionate about advancing life-affirming work across Missouri 
  • Motivated by goals and mission advancement 
  • Energized by connecting people to a cause • Be a team player
