We're Hiring: Communications Manager
Location: Lee’s Summit, MO
Hours: 20 hours/week
The Communications Manager will lead all aspects of AFL’s public presence and storytelling. This role is ideal for a creative communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote all AFL events through strategic communication and marketing efforts
- Manage and grow AFL’s social media presence
- Oversee website updates, content, and functionality
- Develop compelling materials that highlight and advance our work
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Qualifications:
- Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be active in a local Bible-believing church
- Love crafting messages that inspire action
- Have strong writing, design, and digital communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Passionate about advancing life-affirming work across Missouri
- Motivated by goals and mission advancement
