My career in recruiting has taken me across many industries—from fast-paced corporate environments to purpose-driven nonprofit organizations. I’ve worked both in agency settings as well as corporate recruiting for national and global companies, learning what it truly takes to match the right talent with critical organizational needs.

But it’s in the nonprofit sector where I’ve found my purpose.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the honor of supporting mission-based organizations committed to serving their communities and creating lasting change. I served for six years on the Governing Board of a $1M prolife nonprofit, deepening my understanding of nonprofit leadership and operations.

That experience, and the joy it brought me, led to the launch of my own recruiting firm, created specifically to serve nonprofits.This isn’t just a profession for me – it’s my calling.  Empowering purpose-driven teams with exceptional talent is what enriches my life.
