Wilcrest Baptist Church is a gospel-centered, congregation located in the Alief community of Houston, Texas—one of the most multicultural areas in the United States. With an average Sunday attendance of approximately 220 people representing more than 30 nations, our church reflects a rich ethnic diversity including Caribbean, African, African American, Asian, Anglo, and Hispanic backgrounds. While our church is over 50 years old, we continue to actively engage and minister within surrounding neighborhoods that are more than 80% Hispanic.

We are deeply committed to the authority of Scripture as our guide for life and to the gospel of Jesus Christ as the truth that shapes every moment of every day. Our desire in corporate worship is to usher the congregation into the presence of God so that Christ will be exalted and that we will be transformed into His likeness.
