The purpose of the Warrenton Baptist Tiny Tots Care Center (WBTTCC) is to provide a much needed ministry to our community. In association with the Warrenton Baptist Church (WBC), our Center will minister to the community by meeting crucial human needs in the Spirit of Christ. This shall be the underlying purpose in all phases of preschool care offered through the Warrenton Baptist Tiny Tots Care Center. Although a childcare program can never substitute for strong family life, the following essential needs can be fulfilled through such a Church-based program. We think of ourselves as your child’s home away from home. Intellectual stimulation is provided for the child
at his/her developmental level, allowing for learning and growth at each developmental
stage. Healthy physical growth is promoted by participation in daily Gross Motor activities,
both teacher-directed and child-directed. Appropriate Social Skills are promoted for both
peer relationships and adult-child relationships. Positive self-esteem is fostered, along with
sound emotional development. The WBTTCC, along with the WBC, are both resources for families in crisis, transition, or who have any spiritual needs, and will try to meet these needs when they arise.
