Position Summary The Executive Director (ED) serves as the chief executive leader of the organization, providing visionary, strategic, operational, and financial leadership in partnership with the Board of Directors. The ED ensures strong organizational performance, fiscal responsibility, program excellence, and sustainable growth. This role oversees all aspects of the Center’s operations, including client programs, fundraising, fiscal management, human resources, compliance, and community engagement.
