Safe Harbor Homes and Services is a non-profit Christian home for adults with Special Needs built on a small farm.  We are looking for someone who puts the Lord first in their life and will seek God's guidance as we grow. The Executive Director (EXD) of Safe Harbor plays a pivotal role in leading and advancing the mission of the organization. This individual will oversee all aspects of organizational operations, strategic planning, fundraising, community relations, and advocacy efforts.
