New Hope Family Services began as an adoption agency in 1965 serving the great state of New York and grew to provide a wider range of services to better meet the needs of our local community. In 1986, New Hope officially opened our doors as a premier pregnancy resource center offering counseling, education, pregnancy options, and resources to women and men facing pregnancy decisions. 

Our mission is to be Christ's hands to offer hope and help to people with pregnancy, parenting, adoption, or post-abortion needs in the Syracuse area and throughout the State of New York.

We exist to empower women to make life-affirming choices when faced with an unexpected pregnancy. We know that when faced with an unexpected pregnancy, many women don't know where to turn for help. We offer non-judgemental support through peer counseling, free pregnancy tests, and ultrasounds. We give them all the facts about their options so they can make an informed decision. Many families in our community are struggling to provide basic necessities for their children. Through our Care Corner, they can receive free diapers, formula, baby clothes, car seats, pack n plays, and many other baby items, thereby alleviating some of the stress they are feeling to provide for these needs. We are a non-profit ministry and all our services are available at no cost to the public.
