WaterLife Pregnancy Care Center is in the Outer Banks community of Nags Head, North Carolina. Our goal is to help women and families involved with an unexpected pregnancy. We offer help for the present by providing no cost pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, and classes for our clients.

WaterLife gives incentives to each client enrolled in prenatal and parenting classes allowing clients to earn baby items for every class completed. All care whether medical or material, is confidential.

Our goal is to offer a peaceful and kind center where everyone feels valued and confident as they navigate pregnancy and parenting. We are a nonprofit organization sponsored primarily by individuals, churches and businesses. Our staff and volunteers are well trained and willingly give their time to mentor every woman and family member who enters.

WaterLife Pregnancy Care Center, formerly known as Creative Choices Pregnancy Resource Center is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization in business for over 30 years.

We do not offer, recommend or refer for abortions or abortifacients, but are committed to offering accurate information about abortion procedures and risks.
