The Power Company Kids Club is dedicated to reaching children and families with the gospel of Jesus Christ; however, we realize the essential role of the local church in the life of the believer. As such, we partner with local churches to water and cultivate the seeds of the gospel we have planted, much like Paul partnered with Apollos. Paul wrote about this crucial relationship in his first letter to the church at Corinth: we are “only servants, through whom you came to believe - as the Lord has assigned each to his task. I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God made it grow. . . The man who plants and the man who waters have one purpose, and each will be rewarded according to his own labor. For we are God’s fellow workers; you are God’s field, God’s building.” (1 Corinthians 3:5-9 NIV)

Mission Statement: 

The Power Company Kids Club promotes the emotional, physical, social, and spiritual well-being of at-risk children and adolescents in our inner cities through mentoring, weekly programs, and partnerships with parents, churches, schools, civic leaders, and community organizations.

Vision Statement:

To bring the life changing power of the gospel of Jesus Christ to children and their families in our nation’s inner-cities, and to see spiritual leaders raised up that will in turn, reach future generations for Christ.
