Qualities we are looking for in our next Senior Pastor:

• Believes in the Bible as the ultimate authority and demonstrates a life submitted to it as such
• Committed and mature follower of Jesus Christ with a committed life of prayer and feeding from God’s Word, as well as other spiritual disciplines 
• Person of humility, integrity, meekness and love
• Demonstrates a genuine love for God and for people (Mark 12:30-31)
• Relates easily to people and values biblical community.  Seeks to build and invest in relationship, especially with the people the pastor is responsible to lead 
• Should handle the Word of God correctly, diligently studying it, adhering to it, and encouraging others to do the same in an engaging and effective way (2 Timothy 2:15)
• Has the ability to and experience in leading in a collaborative spirit, with the primary focus being to equip others to lead and serve in various areas of ministry 
• Demonstrates an urgency and commitment to reaching the lost, making disciples, and seeing people grow to full maturity in their faith.
