Ananias House is a 501(c)(3) Christian nonprofit organization that works with churches and Christ followers that go under persecution, war, economic, political and cultural struggles in the Middle East and North Africa.
Ananias House bridges the distance between believers in the West and the growing body of Christ in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) through prayer, Bible training, and physical and spiritual resources to build up God’s global family in an increasingly hostile world.
Ananias House was started as an entity in the U.S. as an extension of the work done in MENA, after its founder, Brother John, witnessed firsthand both the devastating impact the civil war in his homeland and the miraculous power of God in the lives of His children caught in the crossfire. Churches were left with few resources to care for the enormous number of people flooding their doors seeking refuge and truth.
Ananias House continues to seek to preserve this heritage and to proclaim the light and hope of Jesus Christ to believers and nonbelievers alike, through meeting spiritual, practical and tangible needs, knowing that it is often in the darkest times that the power of God is most evident in the MENA region.
Currently, Ananias House is serving in 12 countries.
