Since 2009, Rest Yourself Family Ministries (RYFM) has served families with faith centered guidance and support towards striving and uncovering their God given potential and purpose. We focus on biblical understanding in the areas of mental, emotional, physical, and vocationally health. Our priority is centered on spiritual wholeness through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  (RYFM) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) ministry. Our support services include monthly Bible studies, women’s retreat, podcasts, referral services, as well as our new community based women and children’s residential discipleship program opened in February 2023.
